Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on bulkstampsupplies.co.uk, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way and are covered by this policy.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the website to work and to keep it secure. They do not need your consent, and they cannot be switched off.

| __cf_bm | Cloudflare | Bot protection: helps tell real visitors from automated traffic to keep the site secure | 30 minutes |
| session-id | Bulk Stamp Supplies UK / Shopify | Shopping basket: remembers the items in your basket as you move around the site and into checkout | Session, or until checkout is complete |
| __dpl | Website hosting | Makes sure your visit is served by the correct, current version of the website | Session |
| cookie-consent (local storage) | Bulk Stamp Supplies UK | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies | 12 months |

When you go through checkout, Shopify sets its own strictly necessary cookies to process your order and payment. See Shopify's cookie policy.
Cookies that need your consent
Non-essential cookies, such as analytics or advertising cookies, are only set if you click Accept on our cookie banner. At present we do not use any analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in future, they will be listed here and will stay switched off until you agree.
Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the basket and checkout from working.
