Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return and get a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days end by emailing support@bulkstampsupplies.co.uk or messaging us on WhatsApp at 07352 089306. Please include your order number.

Returning items

  • Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
  • Stamps and labels must be unused, complete and in the condition you received them, as used postage has no value.
  • Unless the items are faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you pay the cost of returning them. We recommend a signed-for service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.
  • We will email you the return address when you contact us.

Refunds

  • We will refund the price you paid for the returned items, plus the standard delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method.
  • We will refund within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is sooner.
  • If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we only have to refund the cost of the standard option.
  • We may reduce the refund if the items have been used or damaged while in your possession.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will replace the items or give you a full refund, including return postage.

Orders that do not arrive

If your order has not arrived within the times on our Delivery Information page, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund.

Business customers

The 14-day cancellation right applies to consumers. If you buy for business purposes, please contact us and we will deal with returns of unused items fairly on a case-by-case basis.
