This policy explains how Bulk Stamp Supplies UK collects and uses your personal data, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Bulk Stamp Supplies UK is a trading name of Mohammed Maaz Hussain, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. I am the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What personal data we collect
- Contact and enquiry messages: your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us when you use the contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
- Order details: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, the items you buy and your order history. Card payments are taken by Shopify; we do not see or store your full card details.
- Email addresses: used to send order confirmations, dispatch updates and replies to your enquiries.
- Technical data: limited information needed to run the website securely, such as your IP address and browser details, processed by our hosting and security providers. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it and our lawful basis

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: 6 years from the end of the tax year they relate to, as required by HMRC.
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Website security logs: kept by our providers for short periods, usually no more than a few days.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to run the business:
- Shopify — our online shop and payment processing provider, which handles checkout, payments and order records.
- Royal Mail and delivery partners — to deliver your order.
- Website hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) — to run and protect the website.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider — when you choose to contact us that way.
- HMRC, the police or other authorities — only where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legally recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion of your data where we no longer have a reason to keep it.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including any based on legitimate interests.
- Data portability for data you have given us.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
